Bonus Program
Christmas Bonus program, dollar amount based upon length of service, after 6 months of employment, with maximum currently $900.

Holidays
Seven paid holidays: New Year's, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Floating Holiday, and Christmas. There is no waiting period to earn paid holidays.

- Dental: Delta Dental, company pays entire single premium. Employee desiring family coverage pays the difference between single and family premium.

Membership Dues and Certification
Company pays membership dues in approved professional societies for employee with applicable jobs. Cash bonuses are paid for passing of approved certification testing.
Paid Personal Days
Hours earned dependent upon length of service. Can earn a maximum of 90 hours or ten days per year. Employee reimbursed at time and one half for all unused hours and given new set of hours upon reaching their anniversary date.
Retirement Income Saving Plan - 401K
Allows employees to contribute a portion of their pre-tax earning to a retirement program. Midwest matches 50 cents on the dollar up to 5% of employee contribution. Employee may contribute up to 17% of their gross earnings.
Tuition Reimbursement Program
Provides financial assistance to eligible employees who voluntarily pursue approved academic study outside normal working hours at accredited educational institutions.
Vacation
- Six months of service - 1 week vacation
- One year of service - 1 week vacation
- Two to Fourteen year of service - 2 weeks vacation
- Fifteen years of service - 3 weeks vacation
