During employment with Midwest Industries, as a temporary employee, one is eligible for the following benefits:
Service Award Bonus
To qualify for Service Award Bonus Pay, you must work 1750 hours (regular and overtime) in a 12 month period from your anniversary date, and be working or available for work the week before the payment date. Service Award Bonus Pay will be in the amount of $300.

EAP Counselor on site one day per week. Off site to counselor paid for by the company for employee and/or family member.
Holidays
After a temporary employee has completed 13 weeks of continuous employment and worked 440 hours, they will be eligible for nine hours holiday pay for the standard holidays observed. Temporary employees must work the entire week prior to the holiday to be eligible. Holiday pay is calculated as straight time pay. Paid Holidays include: New Year's, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, floating holiday, and Christmas.
Retirement Income Saving Plan - 401K
Active temporary employees who have completed one year of continuous service (completed 1000 hours in twelve consecutive months) can become a participant on January 1st or July 1st following your completion of one year of continuous service. Allows employees to contribute a portion of their pre-tax earning to a retirement program. Employee may contribute up to 17% of their gross earnings.
